MIND AND COMPUTER: That’s the first tools, we need, to create something new. The idea comes up in the mind in different ways. Than we need to bring it to paper (computer) and make a technical drawing. The core to make something new.

RAW MATERIAL: We produce our jewelry out from rods or solid flat steel sheets.

MILLING: Humphrey has a milling and drilling center, a wire cutting machine, another 5 axis milling center – a lot of high end stuff.

DRILLING: The first step is, to prepare the raw ring with the right cut for the stone setting.

CLEANING: Traces from the milling process need to be removed by hand.

VIBRATORY GRINDING: Treatment of the surfaces: The vibratory grinding process is very consistently and cut all the sharp edges.

PREPOLISH: Treatment of the surfaces: The prepolish process creates a better surface and helps to make our high end finish. But a lot more steps are neccesary.

TO SATIN: After the treatment in the polishing center, the ring is ready to get his final surface. Cleaning in between many times...

ENGRAVING: Engraving center: Jewelers, carrying our engagement rings,
get the engravings for free. We are able to do the engraving inside, outside or other ideas?

SETTING: At the very and before the last quality control, we set the diamond or gem or the pearl into the ring.

QUALITY CONTROL: After the last cleaning process, each of out products has to pass our quality control. If it’s good at a fourtimefold magnification, it’s ready for shipping.
